Our policies.

 

After you book your shoot:

  • You will not be required to pay a deposit upon booking your shoot.

  • Upon booking your shoot you will be asked to sign a contract confirming the date and details of your shoot, this includes your understanding of the cancellation fee

  • If you cancel your shoot up to 10 days before to your booking you will be required to pay a $200 cancellation fee, only COVID-19 related cancellations will be excused from this payment. If you cancel your shoot before the 10 day deadline you will not be required to pay any fees.

  • Five days before your photoshoot you will receive an email with location details any specifications regarding your upcoming session

  • You will be sent a link to our page which will provide you with detailed recommendations on clothing for the model

When you arrive at your shoot:

  • The model must only be accompanied by one parent or guardian

  • All parties besides the model must be wearing either a cloth or medical mask at all times

  • You will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry to the space

  • Physical contact between the model and/or guardian and the photographer will be kept limited to keep all parties safe

  • After your shoot ends, you will be required to pay your session fee unless otherwise discussed

After your shoot:

  • You will receive an invoice confirming your payment

  • Your proof gallery will be available 10 days after your shoot, this gallery will include high resolution images with colour and light editing. These images will not be fully edited.

  • We recommend sharing this gallery with your agent if you have one so they can help guide you in selecting the best images for your child’s portfolio

  • After receiving your gallery you are to select the designated number of images for further editing

  • Within 10 more days you will receive all of your final edited images

  • Should a situation arise that causes a delay in the arrival of your images you will be notified immediately

Once you have your images:

  • Post them on social media!! Don’t forget to tag us so we can see them to!

  • Please limit filter usage on images posted to allow our work to stand on its own

  • Please do not give these images to other photographers for manipulation on reediting without our written consent

  • Send them to your agent

  • Give us feedback! We are always looking to improve and look forward to any feedback you have for us!

COVID-19 Related Exceptions and Policies:

  • Our cancellation policy will not apply to any COVID-19 related cancellations, this includes…

    • A diagnosis of COVID-19 to immediate family member

    • A visit to the emergency room

    • COVID-19 like symptoms of anyone in your bubble or immediate family

    • Possible exposure to COVID-19

    • A fever of 37.8 degrees Celsius or higher

    • Personal COVID-19 symptoms (click here to see the list of possible COVID-19 symptoms made by the government of Ontario)

  • Please limit the amount of stuff you bring to the photoshoot outside of clothes to limit contact and risk, boxed water will be provided

  • Please limit the number of people that attend the shoot, this means only one parent or guardian and any models

  • If you are required to cancel a shoot for COVID-19 related concerns or reasons, you will be able to reschedule your shoot
